Journalling can be a powerful tool for self-reflection and clarity. Putting thoughts into words can help to untangle emotions, recognise patterns and process experiences in a way that thinking alone sometimes can’t.
It creates space to slow down, explore ideas without judgement and gain deeper insight into challenges and opportunities.
To help you get started I'm sharing some coaching questions for confidence: designed to help you spark ideas and decide your next steps!
Think of a time you felt really confident - what was happening, and what made you feel that way?
If you fully believed in yourself, what’s one thing you’d do differently today?
When was the last time you surprised yourself with what you were capable of? What did you learn from that experience?
If self-doubt wasn’t holding you back, what one bold action you would take this week?
If you spoke to yourself the way you would encourage a close friend, what would you say right now?
