How are you feeling today? Coaching check-in

A lot of the time we go through our day on autopilot, not noticing how we're feeling. That can mean we don't realise that something's not quite right until it becomes a really big deal. Or that we don't notice that we're having the time of our lives until much later on.


That's why this coaching check-in tool is so useful: it can quickly help to pin down how you are feeling so that you can make informed choices about what you do next.


Take a few moments to check-in with yourself and choose the image that best represents how you are feeling right now. There is no right or wrong way to feel, and no right or wrong image to choose.


Now ask yourself why that image is the best fit. What does that tell you about how you might approach the rest of the day?
